Kojonup 1 record strong win in action-packed round five of Katanning Netball Association

The Katanning Netball Association is well in progress with all teams finding their feet in the 2023 season.

NetSet had another mini-game on Saturday which started the day off with parents and carers cheering on the sidelines.

Go juniors and juniors tore up the courts again with the youngsters playing in the association incredible to see.

In the seniors competition, Kojonup 1 put together a strong second half to emerge with a 67-20 win against Dumbleyung 1 in A/A-reserve.

Allstars 1 had a strongly contested game against Broomehill. Allstars 1 gave it their all and comfortably took the win in the end 48-33.

Allstars 2 were chasing the same outcome in their game against Cardinals Force and they took the win in thrilling fashion, 39-38.

Olympians 1 clashed with Te Taitonga 1, with the latter setting a quick pace early on but Olympians 1 took the win with a strong 48-31 result while Kojonup 2 had their bye.

Cardinals Fever took on Olympians 3 in the B/C-grade and just squeezed through to the end, 38-32.

Olympians 2 won their match against Kojonup 3, 52-30.

Allstars 3 performed well across their four quarters with a 42-14 win against Dumbleyung 2 while Te Taitonga 2 came in with a bang for their first win for the season with a whopping 61-17 victory over Kojonup 4.

An array of netball carnivals are coming up over the next two months, when the KNA will show off the skills and hard work that has been developing under some great coaches.
