Narrogin detectives searching for whereabouts of 18-year-old Phillip Winmar to help with investigation

Narrogin detectives are searching for an 18-year-old man who they believe can help with an investigation and are advising members of the public not to approach him. Mr Winmar was last seen wearing a black Hoodrich t-shirt with a white motif on the front and back, black pants and shoes. He is described as slim build with a moustache, short black hair with a rat-tail, and neck and forearm tattoos. Members of the public who sight Mr Winmar are advised not to approach him, but to report the sighting to police.
