Small cruise ship and yacht charter specialist Sail Croatia has announced two interesting new cruise itineraries that are specially designed to provide guests with the perfect balance of active adventure and relaxation aboard a luxury small cruise ship.

The daily activities include hiking, cycling and kayaking expeditions but there’s also plenty of time to lap up the luxury aboard the cruise ship or enjoy a swim in the crystal clear water of the Adriatic.

The seven-day National Parks-themed Hike Cruise sails to a new destination each day to explore a hiking trail. The average hike time is around 1.5 hours and trails include one along the karst cliffs at Telascica Nature Park and visits to the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park and Krka National Park.

Guests will cruise on a premier small cruise ship with ensuite cabins and air-conditioning, departing from Split and heading north to Rogoznica, Zlarin, Zadar, Telascica, Sibenik and Skradin before returning to Split.

There are two departure dates on May 17 and September 27, 2025, with prices for the May cruise starting from $2400 per person, based on two sharing.

Highlights include hiking through the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain, cycling or kayaking at Croatia’s greenest island, Mljet, and hiking above Dubrovnik Old Town, also known as Kings Landing in HBO’s smash hit Game Of Thrones.

The seven-day cruise starts from Split or Dubrovnik and visits Omis, Stari Grad, Hvar, Vis, Korcula and Mljet.

Prices start from $2932 per person for April 26 and May 3, 2025 departures, based on two sharing.

All hike cruises are led by a professional hiking guide who plans daily hikes that allow guests to enjoy themselves while exploring the native flora, fauna and natural beauty of Dalmatia.
